In 2002, Shawn embarked on an entrepreneurial journey, founding Orion Environmental Inc with a singular focus on environmental consulting, where he served as the sole employee. Over the years, He orchestrated a remarkable transformation of the business model, shifting gears from consulting to becoming a prominent player in remediation and demolition contracting. Today, the company boasts a workforce of over 130 employees spread across multiple states.
He is proud to have evangelized growth within the organization through the implementation of elevated change management practices, the adoption of lean processes, strategic technology deployment, and the cultivation of a synergistic team culture. A key facet of his leadership journey has been the intentional building, mentoring, and fostering of a top-talent leadership team that spans and influences every layer of the organization. This commitment to developing and empowering leaders at all levels has played a pivotal role in the success and resilience of the company, allowing it to not only adapt to industry changes but also to proactively shape and drive its trajectory.

Moe is a seasoned professional at the helm of Orion Environmental Inc., where he serves as the Vice President. In this role, he leads a dynamic team overseeing a comprehensive range of services in demolition, environmental, and professional domains across the Rocky Mountain, Midwest, and Southeast regions of the United States. With an impressive career spanning over 31 years in the construction industry, Moe brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Orion. His primary focus is on delivering complex and high-value projects for the company’s clients, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and sustainability.Moe’s impressive track record includes the successful delivery of over $1 billion in capital construction programs. These programs have covered a diverse spectrum, from school facilities to environmental remediation, showcasing his versatility and ability to navigate a broad range of project types. Passionate about innovation and efficiency, Moe is driven to create solutions that not only meet but exceed the needs and expectations of stakeholders.
